About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supporting internal business partners
Managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to bring new talent
Providing exceptional experiences as an adviser to candidates and internal business partners
Manage ATS platform and recruiting processes across the organization
Partner with the VP of HR and HR team to build a robust recruiting process
Source candidates from various platforms (LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.)
Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations across the US
Schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
Strong sales and technical recruitment background
The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
A positive, goal focused, team-oriented approach to your work
Superior communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
