• Our HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.
• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client by improving the scope of the Asure solution.
• Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to further penetrate the market.

HCM Sales Executive

• Responsible for selling Asure Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise market companies in the assigned geography
• Driving new business through developing and implementing a sound sales strategy
• Actively networking, cold calling, attending industry conferences and other creative methods for business development
• Working with current clients to generate business by running discovery calls/demos and delivering compelling sales pitches to senior executives
• Responsible for building strong relationships and solid pipelines while also achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
• Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers, and senior executives

HCM Account Manager

Producer

• The Benefits Sales Executive builds a relationship with the clients/brokers/general agents/partners/association and partners with internal Asure employees, adding value to Asure by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business.
• Through relationship excellence, the customer views the Sales Executive as a trusted advisor.
• The Sales Executives must know their customers’ needs and take serious action regarding the customer’s queries.
• He or she should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
• Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the various relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinates client/broker conference calls during sales process
• Work with clients/brokers to offer ideas and insights to improve service needs

Benefits Sales Producer

Human Resources

• Handle all administrative tasks for new hires, including I-9 completion (including e-Verify); enrollment in benefits; and 401k setup.
• Handle all administrative offboarding activities, including exit interviews over Teams or in person, processing terminations in HCM, sending offboarding information (including NDA information), and moving personnel files to terminated status.
• Manages all benefit processes, including both new hire and annual enrollment process.
• Processes benefit changes, such as qualifying events, terminations, etc.
• Ensures retroactive benefit changes are updated to payroll on a timely basis for correct payroll processing.
• Leads open enrollment informational and/or help sessions.
• Provide support to employees for leaves of absence, including all compliance-related communications and documentation.
• Partner with the HR team on value-added strategic priorities such as employee culture initiatives, employee engagement surveys, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and more.

• Lead the end-to-end design of learning programs: onboarding, product knowledge, role-specific skills, and manager development
• Build engaging eLearning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and blended learning experiences
• Work directly with subject matter experts (trainers, product managers, CS leads) to translate role responsibilities, workflows, policies, and product usage into learner-centered training experiences

HCM Sales Associate – Inside Sales

Accountant

• Responsible for the accounting and reporting of significant accounting transactions, special projects.
• Works with SEC reporting Forms: 10-K, 10-Q, US GAAP and technical accounting subjects, such as revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensations, debt and equity instruments, acquisitions, going concern, goodwill and impairments.
• Prepares SEC reporting schedules (e.g., statement of stockholders’ equity, statement of comprehensive income, debt footnote, share based compensation footnote, earnings per share, etc.).
• Assists with preparation of the required filings as a public company, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements and other filings as they become necessary.
• Assists with or prepare Balance Sheet and Income Statement flux analyses.
• Works closely with internal and external auditors to support quarterly reviews and audits by providing timely, accurate data and communication.
