• As an HCM Sales Executive you will be responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for Asure’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.
• You will spearhead prospecting, run discovery calls/demos, and negotiating deals.

HCM Sales Associate – Inside Sales

• Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients.
• Accountable for generating revenue opportunities for Asure’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative.
• Involves business to business prospecting, nurturing current relationships, building new relationships, as well as running demos and discovery calls.

Accountant

• Prepare and review the global income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including related workpapers, journal entries, and footnote disclosures.
• Draft and maintain effective tax rate (ETR) reconciliations and uncertain tax positions (ASC 740-10), incorporating key SaaS-specific items such as stock-based compensation and subscription revenue deferrals.
• Assist in preparing SEC tax-related disclosures in quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K).
• Support internal controls and documentation for SOX 404 compliance related to tax reporting.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues, including new federal, state, and international legislation (e.g., Pillar Two, BEPS 2.0), and provide technical memos as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to gather data and support forecasting, tax provision inputs, and business decisions.
• Assist with tax planning initiatives, including modeling the tax impact of operational changes, restructurings, and intercompany transactions.
• Support M&A tax diligence and integration workstreams, including review of tax clauses in SPAs and analysis of acquisition structures.
• Oversee the preparation and/or review of federal, state, and local income tax returns and estimates prepared by external providers.
• Contribute to indirect tax compliance (sales/use tax, property tax) and nexus analysis as needed.
• Maintain the tax compliance calendar to ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
• Assist in managing responses to IRS and state tax audits, notices, and inquiries.

Senior Corporate Tax Accountant

Implementation Specialist

• Our Implementation Specialist provides expertise in new client Payroll and HRIS configurations of our mid-market Human Capital Management (HCM) software products.
• The Implementation Specialist owns a client’s successful adoption of our solutions and completes training in our software solutions, defines client user requirements, executes configurations and provides testing of the final product.
• Provide complete and successful Payroll & HRIS application implementation for clients, while being a subject matter expert with our software.
• Assist in conducting group presentations, training sessions and providing instruction on how to maneuver and maintain Asure Software.
• Own all stages of our client implementation and onboarding projects: Discovery: identify client business use needs and requirements. Configure: our Mid-Market HCM solution based on the client requirements and reporting needs. Deliver: training on the Mid-Market HCM configured solution. Deploy: successfully complete HCM implementation and onboarding. Support: clients until completion of first 2 successful payrolls.
• Deliver results on time and within or under budget.
• Ensure successful client adoption of Asure product(s) and procedures to ensure client success.
• Provide status reports and overall project updates to the project team.
• Provide support to overcome project hurdles, through client and internal team management with the goal of project completion.
• Identify opportunities to position other product and service offerings - creating overall client satisfaction with Asure.

Payroll Implementation Specialist III – Mid Market

Art Director

• Manage, coach and grow our UI design team; set a high bar for quality and innovation.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive design system (components, typography, color palettes, accessibility guidelines) to ensure a unified experience.
• Collaborate closely with senior UX Developers and front-end engineers to bring designs to life, ensuring technical feasibility, performance and pixel-perfect implementation and speed delivery and reduce rework.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and design specs to communicate vision and guide development.
• Lead design reviews, advocate for the user and champion design thinking across teams.
• Oversee implementation to ensure responsiveness and accessibility compliance.
