About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Benefits Sales Executive builds a relationship with the clients/brokers/general agents/partners/association and partners with internal Asure employees, adding value to Asure by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business.
- Through relationship excellence, the customer views the Sales Executive as a trusted advisor.
- The Sales Executives must know their customers’ needs and take serious action regarding the customer’s queries.
- He or she should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
- Major Duties and Responsibilities: Ownership of the various relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinates client/broker conference calls during the sales process
- Work with clients/brokers to offer ideas and insights to improve service needs
- Work closely with Sr. Sales Executive to ensure accurate managing of the client/broker
- Collect and prepare contract and setup documents for Implementation
- Bi-weekly team meetings with Benefit Operations Director and Client Services Supervisor to ensure all teams are up to date with changes within the departments
- Updating all sales activity in Salesforce
- Prepare proposals, pricing for new sales, demos, etc.
- Increase sales by cross-selling/up-selling
- Weekly sales meetings
- Build new broker/association/partner relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Minimum of 3 years COBRA, FSA & HSA consultative software sales experience
- Preferred COBRA, FSA, HSA, HRA experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and other comparable tools
- Track record of consistent over achievement of assigned sales quota
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
