About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build business relationships with Asure's top revenue clients to uncover opportunities
- Develop client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements
- Complete discovery calls, partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources
- Profile clients and key contact points
- Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asure solution
- Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients
- Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions
- Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions
- Formulate and present proposals outlining the value of Asure solutions
- Execute sound financial agreements
- Maintain and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities
- Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and report results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred
- Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals.
