About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients.
- Generate revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative.
- Identify and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to penetrate the market, build your brand, and obtain quota.
- Become a master of Asure’s online Demo to utilize as a walk-through tool while prospecting.
- Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
- Develop and manage a sales funnel of new opportunities to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
- Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a quota-driven sales environment
- Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales
- Demonstrates an ambitious, positive mindset with self-motivation to surpass performance goals, grow earnings, and progress professionally.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred.
