About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients through the entire onboarding and implementation process of our HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment, data migration, and integration of HCM systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by being a proactive and trusted partner.
- Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide expert advice on HCM best practices, HR processes, and system configurations.
- Help clients optimize their use of HCM software to streamline their HR operations and improve employee engagement.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure their team is proficient in using HCM tools effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues, identifying potential problems, and managing escalations.
- Focus on client satisfaction and retention by ensuring clients are continuously happy with the product.
- Track client health, success, and engagement metrics. Regularly provide clients with reports on usage, progress, and ROI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or human resources, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including HR software, payroll, talent management, or workforce management.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, HCM software, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
