Engineer

• Lead project planning, scheduling, task breakdown, progress tracking and on-site execution for manufacturing and industrialization projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, required resources, risk points and action plans to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project status closely and escalate issues proactively when timing, cost, quality or safety are at risk.
• Support project budget preparation, quotation comparison, investment justification, timeline control and final handover.

• Coordinate engineering changes and ensure technical updates are implemented in a controlled and timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with clear technical analysis and practical execution follow-up.
• Work effectively with Production, Engineering, Quality, PMC, Warehouse, Purchasing, EHS and R&D to align project actions.
