• Develop and maintain system requirements using MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo); establish and maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements and model elements and generate program decision reports.
• Perform requirements analysis and synthesis for shall-statements and supplemental fields, defining test methods and success criteria to support verification/validation activities.

• Review and provide technical recommendations on the full set of contractor-developed system and subsystem requirements, ensuring they are clear, verifiable, and properly allocated and traced.
• Oversee and assess contractor-led engineering trade studies, providing the Government with independent analysis of alternatives to ensure decisions balance performance, cost, schedule, and risk across the portfolio.
