• Serve as the primary liaison with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and global customs authorities.
• Oversee all import brokerage operations, including HTS classification, customs entry, valuation, country of origin, and admissibility reviews.
• Manage Power of Attorney (POA) relationships with customs brokers, ensuring governance and standardized SOPs across regions.
• Ensure compliance with defense-specific import and export regulations, including ITAR, EAR, DFARS, CTPAT, and other U.S. and allied-nation security trade controls.
• Develop and maintain Anduril’s global import governance program, including policies, audit protocols, and internal training.
• Lead and support trade lane risk assessments, duty mitigation strategies (FTA utilization, duty drawback, tariff engineering, etc.).
• Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., Section 301/232 tariffs, USMCA, UK-EU trade rules) and advise leadership on business impact.
• Manage global customs brokerage vendors and assess their performance, SLAs, and compliance.
• Build a standardized vendor engagement model for imports across all operating regions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Program teams to align import compliance with operational goals.
• Provide expert trade compliance guidance during sourcing decisions and supplier onboarding.
• Support major defense programs requiring temporary imports (ATA Carnet, testing, exhibitions, defense tenders).
• Report import KPIs, trade risks, and savings initiatives to senior leadership.

• Drive the entire business development and capture cycle—from opportunity identification and relationship building to closing large-scale deals and supporting operational growth.
• Achieve Voyager’s USSOCOM sales targets while supporting other business lines.
• Develop and maintain an extensive pipeline for new sales opportunities and program expansion.
• Own relationships with tactical units and program offices, conducting frequent touch points to understand priorities and challenge areas.
• Organize growth events such as product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase capabilities.
• Lead the qualification, negotiation, and closure of large-scale, complex deals while ensuring alignment with customer mission outcomes.

• Shape customer needs into air vehicle and subsystem requirements in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop System Engineering artifacts, including system model, to trace from stakeholder inputs through design in a digital thread. Incorporate input from system safety, software engineering, and other disciplines to shape system architecture.
• Lead program team through systems engineering reviews including System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design review, and Critical Design Review.
• Communicate and manage program risks in conjunction with Chief Engineer and Program Management.

Senior Systems Engineer, Air Vehicle Systems

Senior Systems Engineer, Air Vehicle Software Systems

• Serve as Director of Business Development for Electromagnetic Warfare within Mission Systems division, shaping and growing EW opportunities.
• Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the US Navy or US Army to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril’s Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities at scale.
