Client Services Representative

• Answer and manage enquiries coming into the firm via telephone, email, website, and live chat • Pass enquiries to the correct person or department, ensuring nothing is missed • Take messages when needed and make sure they are passed on promptly • Record enquiry details accurately on the firm’s CRM system • Provide fee information for agreed work types, using clear guidance and support from the team • Send enquiries to the appropriate department where a fee cannot be given • Follow up enquiries to make sure clients receive timely responses • Keep information up to date so the business can understand potential work and client needs • Support client service initiatives and help maintain high standards of customer care • Be alert to any early signs of dissatisfaction and follow the complaints process with support from senior colleagues • Carry out general administrative tasks to support the team when required • Work closely with colleagues across the Client Contact team and wider business • Learn from experienced team members and take part in training and development • Contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative team environment • Follow firm policies, including confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements

Client Service Executive

Business Development Rep

• Creating a marketing campaign plan, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that it is delivered with success
• Stakeholder management with the Marrons leadership team and connecting them with others within the wider marketing team as required. Plan and negotiate on priorities and objectives
• Acting as conduit between the fee earning teams and wider marketing specialists (content/digital/events) and executing some initiatives directly
• Researching partnership and sponsorship opportunities and working with the wider team to create event and activation plans (including colleagues in other Ampa brands)

Attorney

• Working alongside a highly experienced Partner and a team of senior lawyers nationally, you will provide assistance on a broad range of recovery matters and insolvency.
• You will act for insolvency practitioners, lenders and directors to provide fast, pragmatic and commercial advice.
• You’ll be working closely with businesses, directors and individuals facing financial difficulties and running cases efficiently and cost-effectively within strict service level agreements.

Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate – Restructuring and Insolvency

Paralegal – Company Secretarial

• to support with a wide range of property work, including but not limited to completion of initial contract packs, drafting sale contracts, submitting stamp duty land tax returns and making applications to the Land Registry for a range of Residential Property clients
• deal with post-completion work – to include dealing with payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax, registration, discharge of mortgage and estate agents fees, service of any relevant notices, taking out any necessary indemnity policies and scheduling of Deeds
• attending client meetings, dealing with legal reporting work and dealing with progress enquiries throughout from clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers/financial advisers and colleagues in other departments.

Paralegal – Conveyancing

• You’ll play a key role in overseeing and delivering post completions work across our residential property files, while guiding and mentoring a team of junior fee earners.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• - Reviewing property files to advise on necessary post completion actions.
• - Managing residential property files in respect of sales and purchases as required.
• - Obtaining and/or checking Land Registry documents or title deeds (if the land is unregistered).
• - Submitting high quality applications (including registrations (lease and freehold), first registration of title, transfer of part) to HMLR to avoid requisitions wherever possible.
• - Reviewing and managing correspondence from internal and external clients and third parties.
• - Allocating work to the appropriate junior fee earners as required and supervising the same with file reviews and audits.
• - Ensuring that junior fee earners receive regular and appropriate skills training as required.
