Key responsibilities & impact

You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Investment acquisition and sales
- Commercial leasing
- Renewable energy projects
- Healthcare
- Utilities
- Real Estate Finance
You will have the opportunity to:
- Assist on complex transactions while gradually building autonomy
- Manage elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to delivering an excellent client service

What you’ll need

Scottish qualified Solicitor at NQ–2 PQE, with experience or a strong interest in commercial property
A team-oriented approach and willingness to learn and develop
Strong initiative and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
Good organisation and time-management skills
