• The Internal Communications Manager is accountable for leading the planning and delivery of Ampa’s internal communications activity across the group.
• The role exists to ensure colleagues are informed, engaged and aligned to Ampa’s strategy, priorities and culture.
• It plays a central role in translating business direction into clear, relevant and timely communications that help people understand what matters, why it matters and what is expected of them.
• Working across our House of Brands, the role supports organisational alignment, leadership visibility and effective change communications.
• It ensures internal messaging is consistent, well-coordinated and connected to Ampa’s wider strategic narrative.

Internal Communications Manager

Attorney

• The Residual Balances Cashier is responsible for the proactive identification, investigation, resolution and closure of residual client ledger balances across the Ampa Group
• Deliver robust end to end processes focused on the management of residual balances across client ledgers for all Group entities.
• Identify aged, dormant and orphaned balances arising from closed or inactive matters.
• Investigate root causes for the holding of balances (e.g. billing issues, disbursement treatment, write offs, VAT, interest, suspense postings).
• Progress balances through to resolution, including matter reopening where required, final billing or credit billing, write off approval coordination, refunds and transfers
• Ensure all activity complies with SRA Accounts Rules and Law Society of Scotland Rules
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce residual balance creation upstream.

Residual Balances Legal Cashier

• You’ll advise on and manage a broad range of DSAR and document review matters, including:
• Managing large-scale and complex DSARs, including repeat and coordinated requests
• Conducting and overseeing document reviews across structured and unstructured data sources, including emails, messaging platforms, HR systems and shared drives
• Advising on disclosure obligations, exemptions and redaction approaches
• Applying UK GDPR and Data Protection Act principles in a practical and commercially focused way
• Supporting clients with scope assessments, search methodologies and proportionality considerations
