• Working as part of a central operations team providing assistance on the co-ordination of system/data issues and the creation of client reports / KPIs / Operational trackers, whilst also supporting with other central/operational work required as and when required.
• You will be an integral part of the team supporting the Operations Manager who will be monitoring team work flow processes, helping to ensure that the day to day functions are efficient and working correctly.
• As a key interpreter between the external client and the Debt and Asset Recovery team it is essential you have full understanding of client’s requirements to ensure the internal processes meet the KPI and reporting demands of each client’s specific criteria.
