• Setting up and deploy paid media campaigns across a range of channels, including, but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META, Linked In and Programmatic Display.
• Contributing to the development of the paid media strategy across multiple markets, bringing new ideas, technology and targeting tactics into our existing paid media channels.
• Deploying the technical optimisation plan in multiple channels across many countries.
• Working with the Senior Paid Media Manager and a team of Paid Media Managers to allocate and execute optimisations and actions at speed.
• Reviewing platform performance daily, suggesting and implementing optimisations to drive performance forward.
• Aligning paid media platform performance with business reporting to ensure actions are impacting business performance positively.
• Using reporting platforms such as Looker Studio to monitor, track and share performance of key KPIs across several paid media platforms.
• Proposing and implementing paid media tests to enhance performance, from creative, bid management and audience targeting testing.
• Executed in a methodical fashion to ensure results are tracked and learnings are gained at speed.
• Contribute to our CRO program, identifying opportunities to improve website CVR and managing the setup, execution and reporting of CRO testing.
• Managing and maintaining major supplier relationships, including but not limited to external media agency partner, Google and Meta.
• Ensuring activities are executed whilst staying abreast of industry trends, latest products/tools and following best practice.
• Collaborating with Senior Digital Managers across the team to respond to local marketing briefs, producing suggested paid media strategies to achieve the campaign goals.
• Alignment with our internal and external SEO experts to ensure search strategies are unified.
• Conducting regular competitive analysis to benchmark our paid media campaigns vs key competitors within their respective markets.
• Staying up to date with the latest paid media, technology and AI trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
• Providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, sharing data in a clear and concise manner.

• Book hotel accommodations for Passengers
• Handle emergency relocations of Passengers that occur last minute
• Work closely and in sync with scheduling and other relevant groups to satisfy all operational requirements and resolve situations that may affect Passengers
• Communicate with internal departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work
• Monitor and confirm access to tools, systems and defined resources needed to perform the job duties as per Standard Operations Procedures, and report issues to supervisors
• Effectively utilize all tools and technology to process, track and report transactions
• Accurately register in TA Connections System and applications all reservations information, agreements, approvals and background information relevant for future research and troubleshooting
• Source for suitable and compliant hotel markets and cities where American doesn’t have contracted hotels or when contracted hotels are Sold Out
• In case of only having non-compliant options, ensure AA approves the bookings and record it as evidence in ConneX “notes”
• Make payments to hotel and transportation vendors as per system settings. (hotel’s contractual payment terms, are managed by AA)

• Conduct market research, property analysis and market RFPs consistent with each clients’ specifications for crew and/or distressed passengers’ accommodations
• In-depth understanding of the needs of client’s operations as well as understanding their accommodation requirements
• Source and negotiate RFP terms/rates and finalize contracting when assigned in both existing and new markets
• Monitor markets for price changes and escalate risk and opportunities, becoming a hotel market expert in assigned region
• Develop pricing comparatives and perform analysis to present final hotel/transport options
• Compose market intel reports for smaller cities to accompany final reports
• Identify savings and revenue potential in markets
• Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
• Correctly vet hotels/transport vendors to comply with each client’s vetting criteria
• Establish and maintain key global relationships with hotel and transportations vendors/suppliers
• Complete and negotiate contracts/fee agreements as needed and per client
• Maintain an understanding and working knowledge of hotel brands and management companies
• Compile and submit assigned reports—when applicable
• Maintain contact database within RFP tools
• Travel and conduct hotel site visits as assigned
• Represent TA Connections in front of both suppliers and customers during travel, as assigned

• For DPAX (distressed passenger) sourcing, maintain port ADR, volumes etc. to ensure TA Connections’ rates remain competitive in the market
• For DPAX sourcing, follow up with all suppliers’ matters in unmanaged ports
• For DPAX sourcing, send out communications (blasts) to set up new ports
• For DPAX sourcing, ensure suppliers are activated in new ports (ie: so, they know who TA Connections is, our processes, what is required, etc.)
• For DPAX sourcing, ensure suppliers respond to TA Connections’ requests (ie: availability/forecasts)
• For DPAX sourcing, facilitate timeline of all new and existing airlines and ports
• For DPAX sourcing, coordinate with admin group to ensure proper set up new port databases
• For DPAX sourcing, maintain database in new and existing unmanaged ports
• For DPAX sourcing, collate weekly forecast report for regions
• For DPAX sourcing, facilitate and complete direct billing requests in new and unmanaged regions
• For DPAX sourcing, facilitate RFP development, framework and negotiation via assigned RFP tool
