Sales Account Manager

Risk

• Lead and scale the risk control function ensuring absolute regulatory compliance with FFFS, EBA, and DORA frameworks while advising and reporting any potential risks
• Own the risk control function in accordance with FFFS 2011:49 and the EBA Guidelines on internal governance
• Develop and maintain the risk management framework, including risk appetite, risk limits and risk reporting to the Board and CEO
• Identify, measure and monitor the institution’s material risks – operational risk, ICT risk (DORA), counterparty and liquidity risk, and risks in outsourced arrangements

• Hands-on management and day-to-day support of our multiple trading platforms (Metatrader, cTrader, Condor, DXtrade)

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems related to the platforms
• Manage the integration of third-party plugins and APIs (such as Brokeree, Trading view, Trading central etc)

• Develop and execute a global partnerships and affiliate strategy
• Identify high-value partners (influencers, trading communities, educators, media platforms)
• Own the full lifecycle of the affiliate program (recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention)
• Optimize commission structures and incentives
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and continuously improve

German Sales Account Manager

Compliance

• Monitor and analyze changes in financial regulations and provide compliance guidance to relevant departments
• Assist with internal compliance reporting and documentation as required
• Analyze potential transaction laundering cases and escalate findings to relevant internal teams
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments, particularly those affecting Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and assess their impact on the company
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and support the drafting, evaluation, and revision of internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
• Respond to regulatory audits, reviews, and investigations (e.g. by the SFSA), addressing risks and ensuring company readiness and compliance
• Provide regulatory compliance support to shared services functions across the company
