Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a global partnerships and affiliate strategy
- Identify high-value partners (influencers, trading communities, educators, media platforms)
- Own the full lifecycle of the affiliate program (recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention)
- Optimize commission structures and incentives
- Monitor performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and continuously improve
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and influencers
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and long-term deals
- Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns with partners
- Coordinate promotions, launches, and co-branded initiatives
- Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and content
- Stay close to trends in prop trading, retail trading, and affiliate ecosystems
- Track competitor strategies (especially within funded trader firms)
- Identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager or a similar Partnerships role, within the Forex/ Prop Trading industry
- Existing and strong book of business/affiliates
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate or partnership revenue
- Strong network and relationships with trading influencers, affiliates, partners or communities
- Deep understanding of funded trader model, affiliate-heavy growth strategies and trading audience behavior is highly preferred
- Experience managing high-value commercial relationships
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
