• Perform deep dives into performance monitoring (SLAs, ticket-level frameworks, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.

• You will be part of the Business Strategy & Operations (BSO) team, whose objectives are to:
• - Define an ambitious strategy to achieve our business goals and translate it into an actionable plan
• - Monitor and explain our performance against those business objectives
