About the role
- Design, scale and automate finance processes
- Produce and communicate accurate financial data to key stakeholders
- Ensure that all key finance processes are automated and integrated into the broader tech stack
- Work with the Finance Strategy team on budgeting and financial planning
- Identify and implement process improvements and automations
- Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and support financial workflows
- Contribute to strategic projects such as M&A and fundraising
Requirements
- Experience with financial processes and accounting
- Good knowledge of French accounting standards (ideally within financial services)
- Initial experience at a top accounting firm (e.g., Big Four) or in a fast-paced scale-up
- Bonus: experience optimizing and automating key financial processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Bonus: basic knowledge of SQL and experience using AI agents
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in French due to regulatory requirements and interactions with French-speaking counterparts
