Power acquisition channels (paid, SEO) to drive organic and paid traffic at scale
Develop seamless conversion experiences from discovery to final signup
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams
Work on broader initiatives like partnership integrations, accountant tools, and brand campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as Software Engineer
Good experience building and shipping web applications
Interest in business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth
Open to working with TypeScript and Python, familiar with modern web technologies
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#)
Self-starting and entrepreneurial
Humble and eager to grow with any seniority.
Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
English working proficiency
