Solutions Engineer

• Drive the technical discovery process, uncovering customer pain points, requirements, and key business objectives to align Akuity's solutions to their needs
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, architecture walkthroughs, and live demos that showcase Akuity's platform and GitOps best practices
• Deliver outstanding technical support to open-source users and enterprise customers across multiple channels including chat, GitHub, forums, and calls
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues involving Kubernetes, Argo CD, and the Akuity Platform, escalating to the product engineering team when appropriate
• Recognize patterns in customer issues and proactively contribute to our support playbook, documentation, and internal knowledge base
• Develop tooling, integrations, and automation that improve the customer experience and extend the capabilities of the Akuity Platform
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
• Represent Akuity at conferences, webinars, and community events — sharing your expertise and growing Argo's adoption.

Solutions Architect

Support Engineer

• Deliver outstanding support to our open-source users and enterprise customers via multiple channels, including chat, forums, GitHub, and phone.
• Develop deep technical expertise in GitOps, Argo, and Akuity’s offerings.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Recognize common support patterns and escalate issues to engineering when appropriate.
• Help build and iterate on our support playbook, processes, and systems.
• Contribute to improving Akuity’s documentation to enhance the customer experience.

Technical Support Engineer

Performance Marketing

• Own demand generation strategy across self-serve and sales-assisted funnels
• Lead and grow a high-performing demand gen team (internal and agency)
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICP definition, segmentation, and pipeline targets
• Build multi-channel programs for technical audiences, spanning paid search, paid social, webinars, events, and community and partner-driven initiatives
• Design and execute ABM programs targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts, with tailored campaigns for key personas and close coordination with SDRs and AEs
• Own pipeline, revenue, and funnel reporting across all motions
• Measure and optimize CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, and ROI through continuous experimentation

• Develop in Go on the server-side.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to design, implement, and deliver features that remove the headaches of infrastructure operations for our users.
• Make sure that as our SaaS Platform rapidly grows, it remains scalable and built with developer empathy.

• Build and manage a pipeline of net new and expansion opportunities across North America territory.
• Generate new business opportunities through multichannel outbound campaigns.
• Develop a territory plan, including target accounts and pipeline generation strategies.
