• Pipeline building: You identify decision-makers (CIOs, Heads of Data/AI, CDOs) at mid-market and large companies.
• Outbound excellence: You use social selling (LinkedIn), email and phone to make first contact and generate interest in our Data & AI services.
• Discovery: You pre-qualify leads and determine whether the customer needs a centralized Data Lakehouse (Databricks) or a modern analytics platform (Microsoft Fabric).
• Scheduling: You arrange discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a seamless handover.
• Brand ambassador: You represent Ailio and our philosophy: Together. Simple. Get things done. Over time, you will transition into an Account Executive (AE) role.

Artificial Intelligence

• Prospecting & lead generation identification: Research target companies that are an ideal fit for us (e.g., upper mid-market companies with a modernization backlog or large enterprises focused on cloud migration).
• Finding decision-makers: Identify the right personas (CIOs, Head of Data, CDO, IT managers) using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Multichannel outbound & social selling (outreach): Actively build relationships through valuable content and targeted networking.
• Lead qualification & discovery (the filter): Determine whether the customer has a real problem (pain point), whether there is a budget, and what the current IT landscape looks like.
• CRM management & feedback loop: Maintain clean documentation of all activities in the CRM so Account Executives are perfectly prepared for the discovery call.

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research target companies that are an ideal fit for us (e.g., upper mid-market companies with a modernization backlog or corporations focused on cloud migration).
• Multichannel Outbound & Social Selling: Conduct cold calls and personalized email campaigns to generate interest in Ailio solutions (such as the enterprise chatbot or data lakehouses).
• Lead Qualification & Discovery: Determine whether the customer has a real pain point, whether there is budget, and what the current IT landscape looks like.
