About the role
- Promote emergency roadside and towing products and services to automotive and insurance clients in Boynton Beach territory.
- Educate and train market-level employees on product features, application and benefits of Agero’s solutions.
- Perform sales, customer service, and training responsibilities; participate in events and marketing activities.
- Establish, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers within assigned territory.
- Introduce new offerings, features and process enhancements to client locations; lead sign up, enrollment, activation and training activities.
- Coordinate delivery and installation of promotional marketing materials and event participation; maintain accurate records and report location engagement.
- Expand product awareness and utilization; drive process execution and adherence to program requirements; facilitate client and consumer issue resolution.
- Gather insights on location operations and program data to identify growth opportunities and coordinate initiatives with stakeholders.
- Support client and consumer feedback research, deploy surveys, capture feedback and report to product development teams.
- Manage territory to deliver program outcomes, achieve adoption, revenue, margin, satisfaction and retention goals.
- Exhibit appointment setting skills; track daily activities, manage customer data, and report on progress using prescribed tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or direct B2B sales, with emphasis on post-sales enablement and solution adoption.
- Experience in solution consulting, product training or enablement roles preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and account management with a track record of driving market-level business results.
- Ability to establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers.
- Ability to introduce new offerings, lead sign up/enrollment/activation and training activities.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to address needs, remove obstacles, execute plans and expand solution adoption.
- Proactive problem solving and ability to develop actionable solutions.
- Project management skills to manage multiple client enablement projects and timelines.
- Experience working with CRM, Dealer Management Systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Willingness to travel (consistent travel up to 80% within assigned territory).
