Account Executive

• As a National Account Executive you will be responsible and accountable for new customer acquisition and the development of their business within a designated OOH business channel.
• You will be responsible for targeting and onboarding of new customers, and the day to day execution of Company and Business Unit strategic priorities.
• You will develop an account portfolio that is typically made up of national accounts to complement the existing account base.
• Use and build upon an extension list of new business targets, support and develop the new business strategy to win and onboard customers.
• Negotiate JBP’s within agreed budgets to deliver annual growth.
• Play an active role in improving forecasting accuracy for the full business unit by regularly updating the wider account team with potential new business wins.

National Account Executive – Contract Catering

Account Manager

• Take full ownership of the on-trade account, managing promotional activities for our soft drink portfolio, forecasting, and working collaboratively with key internal and external teams to deliver business objectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of P&L management and drive contribution through effective negotiation and planning, specifically within the on-trade environment.
• Own the process for weekly, period, and annual forecasting for the Morrisons account and products, using multiple data sources to generate accurate and actionable forecasts.
• Prepare and execute successful negotiations with on-trade customers, ensuring the protection of AG Barr's values and mitigating risks for soft drinks.
• Adapt communication style and approach to align with customer needs; gain deep insights into customers’ internal systems and objectives.
• Proactively manage personal and team development, ensuring competencies align with commercial goals.
• Partner with commercial managers, business unit leaders, and other internal departments such as finance, HR, and supply chain to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of plans for soft drinks at Morrisons.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for accounts and products, ensuring business objectives are met.

National Account Manager

Business Development Rep

• Driving distribution - of AG Barr Focus lines - ensuring specific stores are stocking our “must stock” lines & showcasing new product development.
• Embedding our energy portfolio and Focus 5 Brands - Drive improved rate of sale and distribution on key energy and 500ml packs regardless of Route To Market
• Sales KPI delivery – including but not exclusive to; market share growth, scorecard improvement, new accounts opened, display, point of sale placement, availability, etc
• Brand Plan Activation/In-Store Activation - Selling and communicating brand plans at a local level, educating retailers and ensuring the key business messages are relayed effectively and any associated KPIs are achieved e.g. for tactical activation and new products.
• Relationship Building - Ability to work cross-functionally - Participate in targeted tactical activity drives as briefed by your Field Sales Manager such as new product launches and Christmas merchandising.
• Demonstrating market share growth in defined territory through scorecard improvement
• Presenting brands via a prepared presentation and securing a commitment to purchase, educating the retailer on the Soft Drink category and where necessary support with any remerchandising required.
• Completing admin as and when required e.g. order sheets or any call reports
• Build brand awareness through excellent execution at the point of purchase
• Build distribution that matches our brand portfolio to the customer type regardless of route to market
• Improving the distribution of key brands in line with the company marketing plan

Business Development Representative

• Support Local Business Development Managers with the Focus 5 AG Barr brands as the key in-store drivers
• Ensure AG Barr products appear in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities
• Work a defined territory of stores to develop model store status using the mults scorecard methodology
• Activate LBDM-made agreements both locally and regionally
• Build brand awareness through excellent execution at the point of purchase
• Manage a mixed territory of multiple calls (minimum 7 calls per day)
• Educate retailers about AG Barr's core brands within a given territory of multiple outlets
• Merchandising brands in the best way in each outlet to build maximum rate of sale
• Create impactful visibility to drive consumer awareness and impulse purchase
• Improve territory and outlet scorecard scores from baseline and grow distribution of key brands
• Prioritise Health, Safety and Wellbeing as core responsibilities
• Attend monthly team meetings (may require overnight stays)

Business Development Representative, Multiples

• Adopt a “Safety First” mindset and comply with all required H&S standards
• Drive distribution of AG Barr Focus lines ensuring stores stock “must stock” lines and showcase new product development
• Embed energy portfolio and Focus 5 Brands; drive rate of sale and distribution on key energy and 500ml packs regardless of Route To Market
• Deliver sales KPIs including market share growth, scorecard improvement, new accounts opened, display, POS placement and availability
• Activate Brand Plan/In-Store Activation; sell and communicate brand plans locally and educate retailers to achieve KPIs
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships and work cross-functionally to support tactical activity drives
• Demonstrate market share growth in defined territory through scorecard improvement
• Present brands via prepared presentations and secure purchase commitments; support remerchandising where necessary
• Complete required admin such as order sheets and call reports
• Build brand awareness through excellent execution at point of purchase
• Improve distribution of key brands in line with company marketing plan
