About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the 13-week rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP) to align production requirements with resource, equipment, and operational constraints
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular 1:1s focused on performance objectives and career growth
- Partner with materials planning and site operations to ensure full availability of key packaging materials, including cans, preforms, glass, and raw ingredients
- Oversee short-term fixed 2-week production schedules and guide the team to execute operational plans efficiently
- Manage product lifecycle planning across NPD/EPD initiatives while contributing to broader site optimisation projects
- Deliver site Supply Planning KPIs, collaborating with central deployment and cross-functional teams to maximise OTIF performance and cost efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Established manager-level experience in a similar supply chain planning role within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with MRP, DRP, and ERP systems
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of inventory strategies, stock deployment techniques, and core supply chain principles
- Experience working with S&OP cycles, including managing the supply element of the S&OP process
- Experience working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month
- Previous people management experience in small or larger teams is a plus
