About the role

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned corporate and insurance clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Monitor account performance, service levels, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, ideally within accident management, insurance, automotive, or fleet services would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of motor claims processes and accident management services is highly desirable.
