About the role
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned corporate and insurance clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Monitor account performance, service levels, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to support contract renewals and negotiations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, ideally within accident management, insurance, automotive, or fleet services would be an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of motor claims processes and accident management services is highly desirable.
