About the role

  • Deliver new business revenue and manage existing regional accounts to drive growth
  • Build strong, multi-level client relationships to unlock additional opportunities
  • Prepare and present bids, proposals and tenders with support from Sales team
  • Accurately report on sales activities, pipelines and forecasts via CRM
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction
  • Frequent national travel and flexible working to cover regional accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Experience within Facilities Services or similar complex service industries (ideal)
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to create solutions for client needs
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and confident working across multiple client levels
  • Comfortable with regular national travel and flexible working
  • Ability to prepare and present bids, proposals and tenders
  • Proficiency with CRM for reporting sales activities, pipeline and forecasts
