💰 £40,000 - £45,000 per year
About the role
- Deliver new business revenue and manage existing regional accounts to drive growth
- Build strong, multi-level client relationships to unlock additional opportunities
- Prepare and present bids, proposals and tenders with support from Sales team
- Accurately report on sales activities, pipelines and forecasts via CRM
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction
- Frequent national travel and flexible working to cover regional accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
- Experience within Facilities Services or similar complex service industries (ideal)
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to create solutions for client needs
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and confident working across multiple client levels
- Comfortable with regular national travel and flexible working
- Ability to prepare and present bids, proposals and tenders
- Proficiency with CRM for reporting sales activities, pipeline and forecasts
