About the role
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective prospecting
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and opportunities
- Translate client business challenges into digital marketing solutions
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to implement business development strategies
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities in key industry niches

Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience (digital marketing sales preferred, but not required)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience in digital marketing sales, or related services
- Outstanding communication abilities and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to understand client business challenges and propose effective solutions
