Director

• Identify, design, and deliver communication and advocacy campaigns that accelerate Brazil’s clean-energy transition and reduce national greenhouse-gas emissions; Pair policy/regulatory awareness with creative, data-driven communications to drive public support for solutions such as utility-scale wind/solar, transmission build-out, storage, rooftop solar, electrified transport, and regenerative agriculture; Lead strategy, research, campaign execution, and partnership-building across GP’s campaigns, communications, research, and partnerships teams, alongside Brazilian NGOs, community leaders, industry, and policymakers; Map campaign opportunities; Translate complex policy topics into public-facing narratives and playbooks; Build issue briefs and testing plans; Track relevant policies, regulations, and proceedings; Provide timely analysis to inform campaign choices and rapid response; Architect and run integrated campaigns (digital + on-the-ground); Stand up rapid-response efforts; Define goals, KPIs, and learning agendas; Build and maintain relationships with Brazilian climate/energy NGOs, community leaders, researchers, developers, trade groups, and public officials; Convene coalitions and represent GP at events; Align campaign goals with organizational strategy; mentor staff/contractors; manage vendors and partners; Communicate progress, risks, and learnings to leadership, board, funders, and coalitions; Uphold GP’s values of equity, inclusion, and excellence.

Campaign Director

Executive Assistant

• Acts as the administrative point of contact between the CEO, and various internal and external demands.
• Conserves the CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
• Works closely with the ED to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, filing requirements, and other responsibilities.
• Maintains the CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Maintains confidence and integrity, and protects operations by keeping information appropriately confidential.
• Communicates effectively with the Board of Directors; manages the administration, logistics, meetings and follow-up of all board meetings.

• Drive the creation and execution of innovative streaming and long-form creator partnerships on relevant platforms
• Explore, develop, and test new campaign ideas, frameworks, and platforms/channels (e.g. Twitch, podcasting)
• Build up a program of subject matter experts and get them placed onto podcasts and streaming platforms
• Implement scalable processes for experimenting with content formats, platform activations, and compensation structures
• Identify and leverage emerging trends in creator marketing to drive relevance/impact
• Optimize creator sourcing and outreach strategies
• Manage a large number of creators throughout every phase of content creation
• Establish best practices for onboarding, activating, and nurturing long-term creator relationships
• Develop brand/channel guidelines for communication best practices

Marketing Director – Podcast/Twitch Creator

• Lead moves management and relationship development for renewals and increased giving from existing portfolio
• Prospecting for year-over-year growth via identification, outreach and solicitation of new funders aligned with ACE’s mission
• Write all grant collateral for deliverables in portfolio, including proposals and reports
• Manage donor data in Salesforce CRM, including grant opportunities, institution contacts, and account details
• Collaborate with Chief Development Officer and Senior Director to strategize funding opportunities and pursue moves management
• Work closely with CFO, CDO and Senior Director to review and process grant agreements—manage deliverables tracking and financial reconciliation
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 institutional funders for renewals and growth
• Secure meetings and drive moves management for prospective funders to grow institutional portfolio

Associate Director, Institutional Giving

Digital Marketing

Senior Director of Digital Marketing will advance ACE’s mission through strategic deployment of large-scale and high-impact campaigns.
Implement, test, and scale ACE’s digital marketing strategy nationally and globally.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts including paid digital and programmatic advertising, OOH, organic social media, print, and digital media content creation.
Manage and lead digital marketing team including Digital Director, Paid Media Associate Director, Ads Manager.
Ensure cross-channel advertising data flows into dashboards; review ad spend and optimize targeting and creative.
Develop content briefs and creative/copy recommendations; support ads content development.
Support development team with funder collateral and campaign impact reporting.
Coordinate with communications on compliance and c3 vs c4 state filing.
Frequent travel within/to the United States and potentially to other countries.

Senior Director, Digital Marketing, Growth

Performance Marketing

Director of Performance Marketing role to implement, manage, and improve ACE’s paid advertising strategies across platforms to advance climate advocacy
Design, launch, and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns across platforms
Develop budgets and paid media plans; monitor performance to ensure delivery of key metrics
Manage audiences, targeting, creative assets, and tracking systems to optimize performance
Write and refine ad copy; collaborate with vendors and staff to produce creatives
Build and optimize action pages to drive list growth, conversions, and lower cost-per-lead
Leverage retargeting and segmentation to increase retention and campaign effectiveness
Implement new tracking and reporting methods to enhance performance insights
Partner with program and campaign teams to align advertising with organizational priorities
Provide training and support to staff on digital tools and campaign strategies
Identify new opportunities in both digital and traditional ad spaces to advance ACE’s mission
