• Provide high-quality online Occupational therapy services to students according to the student’s IEPs
• Conduct OT evaluations and reevaluations as determined by the Special Education department
• Consult with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation

Virtual Occupational Therapist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensure financial targets are met by problem-solving and developing operational strategies to improve financial results and enhance business opportunities
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of FP&A Partners, providing guidance to help build a solid foundation to grow and scale the organization
• Performance measurement tracking and insights, including but not limited to; key performance indicators, budget vs. actuals, financial statement analysis, trends/drivers, benchmarking, and other ad-hoc related activities

• Develop CTE course syllabi, scope and sequences, unit plans, and assessments aligned to state and federal standards.
• Integrate industry credentials, College Credit Plus (CCP), and CTAG opportunities where appropriate.
• Ensure courses align with labor market demand and approved pathways within the Career-Technical Planning District (CTPD).
• Build engaging instructional materials, including lesson plans, digital modules, assessments, projects, and labs.

Contractor – Career Technical Education Instructional Designer

Customer Support

• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and higher education institutions to expand opportunities for students. (work-based learning, internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing).
• Monitor and analyze labor market trends to align CTE pathways with in-demand careers and workforce needs.
• Support schools in preparing students to graduate with the skills, knowledge, and credentials required for success in college, careers, and lifelong learning.
• Support the development and monitoring of CTE pathways, including integration of Career-Based Intervention (CBI).
• Assist schools in preparing for audits, reviews, and other compliance checks related to CTE programming.
• Serve as a regional support specialist to support CTE and CBI instructors, acting as a thought partner and resource without direct supervisory authority.
• Assist in identifying curriculum, equipment, and resource needs and communicate them to the national team.
• Support schools in collecting and reporting CTE student data, including enrollment, performance, and credential attainment.

Career-Technical Education Support Specialist

Project Manager

• Own and maintain master project plans for CTE curriculum development initiatives.
• Establish and track timelines, milestones, checkpoints, and dependencies across multiple courses and contributors.
• Coordinate workflow and deliverables across instructional designers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress against plans and proactively identify risks, delays, or capacity issues.
• Escalate issues and recommend adjustments to maintain delivery schedules.
• Build and manage standardized project management tools, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and executive-level summaries to leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of deliverables, approvals, and version control.
• Ensure curriculum projects remain organized, auditable, and implementation ready.
• Facilitate communication between instructional designers, curriculum leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Career Technical Education Project Manager

Counselor

• Deliver proactive guidance curriculum to individuals and groups
• Respond to individual and group needs with responsive counseling and programming
• Review transfer student transcripts and inform appropriate course placements
• Maintain and review transcripts for active students and inform credit award procedures
• Create and maintain student graduation plans
• Provide career readiness curriculum and facilitate creation of career plans
• Deliver Social-Emotional Learning curriculum

School Counselor

Operations

• Overseeing the following school functions: student records, local and state testing, attendance and truancy tracking and follow-up, office and facilities management
• Act as a resource for internal (staff) and external (students and families) stakeholders by providing resolution and management of escalated needs across a variety of topics (school procedures, technology systems, materials, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between school team members and members of the regional team to identify operational needs and develop school level procedures that align with the goals and procedures of the larger Accel organization
• Serve as a member of the school leadership teams at the assigned schools.
• Work collaboratively with other school administrators to develop, document, and electronically archive operational procedures and workflows to support implementation of school policies
• Audit current procedures and identify opportunities to streamline and improve
• Stay up to date on department of education and sponsor policies and compliance items and state educational laws
• Manage all student information per state and federal law
• Coordinates communication with external vendors as needed

Regional Operations Coordinator

Manager

• Supports the schools with compliance monitoring (document quality, timelines, data collection)
• Provision of professional development and training, and special education programming
• Supports the creation of appropriate programming for transfer students by collaborating with the enrollment team and prior school to obtain documents and understand student needs
• Assists in implementation of Extended School Year program and gathering student data required for state reporting
• Makes and implements student centered decisions in accordance with all state laws and regulations
• Attend relevant trainings offered by county agencies and the department of education to stay current on regulations and best practices for each state assigned
• Develop and facilitate professional development and training on varied Special Education topics
• Coordinate with enrollment team to understand volume and needs of newly enrolling Special Education students and gather existing documentation
• Review Special Education documents, including IEPs, for compliance and quality and provide feedback and coaching to special education leaders and/or teachers

• Attend relevant training offered by county agencies and the department of education to stay current on regulations and best practices
• Develop and facilitate professional development and training on varied Special Education topics
• Coordinate with enrollment team to understand volume and needs of newly enrolling Special Education students, gather existing documentation, and assign students to Special Education caseloads
• Screen and interview potential special education candidates for open positions
• Review all Special Education documents, including IEPs, for compliance and quality and provide feedback and coaching to Special Education staff prior to IEP meeting
• Act as District Representative at meetings for students with disabilities.
• Liaise with the ISD Special Education Team on behalf of Michigan Online School
• Support Special Education staff with complex parent communications as needed
• Monitor Special Education staff compliance with timelines, data collection and progress monitoring
• Coordinate and collaborate with related services for qualifying students to ensure effectiveness of student services
• Monitor evaluation compliancy dates; communicate due dates and ensure compliancy dates are being met by service providers
• Observe and evaluate Special Education staff during instructional time with students and provide feedback
• Partners with administration across programs to ensure communication and consistency in general education and special education programming
