Account Executive

• Sell Abnormal security solutions to your defined territory with the goal to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota
• Work enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) from initial conversations through signing a contract and up-selling once they’re a customer.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) to supply enough pipeline for them to hit sales targets.
• Work with Customer success to ensure a timely renewal and expansion sale opportunities
• Continually document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan)
• Be a voice for the customer/prospect with internal teams including Sales Engineering/POV team, Product and Marketing to ensure appropriate prioritization to close more revenue.

Enterprise Account Executive

Manager

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 Customer Trust professionals; establish team goals, operating cadence, and career development paths.
• Own the end-to-end Customer Trust program strategy, roadmap, and KPIs; report on program effectiveness to GRC Director, CISO, and executive leadership.
• Serve as the escalation point and subject matter expert for complex customer security, privacy, and compliance inquiries.
• Own and drive all customer and prospect security questionnaires and RFP responses; ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer security conversations—join calls, present Abnormal's control environment, and address customer concerns with confidence and credibility.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic deals and customer renewals requiring security assurance.
• Own the Trust Center (SafeBase or equivalent)—manage configuration, content, access, and continuous improvement.
• Curate and maintain all customer-facing security documentation including pen-test reports, SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, policies, and whitepapers.
• Analyze customer demand signals to proactively develop new content (whitepapers, FAQs, one-pagers) that anticipates customer needs and reduces inbound volume.
• Review Security Contract Exhibits, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and privacy addenda; provide timely, informed feedback to Legal and customers.
• Partner with Legal to standardize security and privacy contract language and streamline negotiation workflows.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Legal, Product Security, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure cohesive messaging and efficient processes.
• Stay current on regulatory developments (GDPR, CCPA, industry frameworks) and translate implications for customer-facing communications.

Senior Manager, Customer Trust

Full-stack Engineer

• Leverage the industry standard AI tools to architect, design, build, deploy and maintain Model Serving infrastructure that supports a world-class Detection Engine.
• Own projects that scale our model serving and data processing services to handle 10x the traffic we serve today.
• Own real-time, near real-time streaming pipelines, and online feature serving services.
• Collaborate closely with MLE and Data Science teams by distilling feedback, correlating it to strategy, and executing.

Software Engineer II – Model Platform

• Build and maintain backend services powering CEP's product surface
• Design and evolve event-driven pipelines (Kafka consumers, Airflow DAGs) that process email traffic reliably at enterprise scale.
• Work across a multi-tenant, multi-cloud deployment footprint (M365 and Google Workspace customers, FedRAMP environments)

Technical Program Manager

• Translate complex technical requirements from Product Engineering, Platform and Infrastructure Engineering, ML Engineering, and other critical stakeholders into program plans with clearly defined milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Drive programs and manage project schedules by determining dependencies across project teams, proactively addressing risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of program deliverables.

• Design, build, and operate high-performance, low-latency services across the App Foundations portfolio — Python/Django, Go, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and ElasticSearch — in close partnership with engineers, designers, PMs, and EMs across R&D.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of platform features and stability workstreams — from tech design and PRR through launch, post-launch ops, and long-term ownership.
• Raise the operational bar: drive SLO-backed reliability work on Tier-0 systems like Notifications and LMS, improve our observability and on-call posture, and reduce unplanned work on the systems you own.
• Contribute to our LLM inference platform (LMS) — model routing and fallback, provider integrations (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock), batch/async inference, cost attribution, and the safety rails that let product teams ship AI features without reinventing the stack.
• Build AI-native internal tools that change how the team operates: automated ticket triage, on-call copilots, post-mortem drafting, customer-request classifiers — following the precedent of our Nora workflow and existing Claude skills.
• Mentor other engineers, drive tech design and PR reviews, and be a credible SME for the systems you own.

• Own and evolve the Sigma Computing reporting ecosystem—including Activity Analytics, EOQ Retro, Metrics That Matter, and the GTM Reporting Catalog—replacing manual spreadsheet workflows with scalable, governed BI solutions
• Apply an AI-first approach to analytics: lead a formal Sigma AI POC, identify high-impact use cases where AI reduces time-to-answer for Sales Leadership, and deliver a strategic FY27 roadmap for AI-driven self-service analytics built on Snowflake AI
