• Own and execute global enablement programs — including onboarding, certifications, solution refreshers, and the ongoing training calendar.
• Administer ABBYY’s enablement tech stack — managing Seismic (content governance, updates, analytics) and Mindtickle (learning paths, certifications, reporting) to ensure field readiness at scale.
• Deliver field communications — manage the Global Enablement Newsletter and other enablement updates to ensure consistent alignment across regions.
• Translate strategy into execution — work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to turn GTM priorities into structured, actionable enablement deliverables.
• Measure and improve — track adoption, completion, and platform usage, surfacing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted partner to the field — capture feedback, resolve enablement requests, and ensure reps have the right “know, say, show, do” resources at their fingertips.

Learning and Development

• Conduct learning needs analyses and consult with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs (both in-person and digital).
• Partner with SMEs to create tailored content for diverse employee groups, ensuring alignment with ABBYY’s strategy.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives for employees and people managers.
• Oversee and optimize the use of ABBYY’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring efficient delivery and tracking of learning activities.

Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly quota objectives
Drive pipeline velocity activities to generate New Logo Process Intelligence business
Develop new and expanded sales prospects, negotiate sales agreements, and close sales opportunities
Analyze customers business needs, cultivate executive relationships, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention
