VP, ISV – Partner Solutions

• Develop and implement comprehensive plans to attract and expand local and national account customers, ensuring achievement of revenue, gross margin, and net operating income (NOI) targets for the region.

Regional Vice President

• Responsible for the hiring, training, performance management, coaching and development of ES staff
• Responsible for onboarding and cultural integration of new ES associates
• Accountable for overall business results within their territory
• Overall responsibility for ensuring consistent use and implementation of technology, training, and other new initiatives/priorities
• Support the ES team to drive improvements to the overall offering, products, systems, processes, policies, and procedures that can help enhance the Executive experience, Plan Sponsor experience, business growth and associate satisfaction
• Accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; perform periodic reviews and compliance audits

• Analyze credit information and financial performance to support lending decisions across a portfolio of middle-market clients
• Structure and negotiate loan terms, aligning client needs with bank risk appetite, credit policies, and regulatory standards
• Assess repayment capacity through detailed financial modeling and recommend appropriate structures, pricing, and collateral
• Prepare and present credit recommendations, synthesizing financial, industry, and risk insights into clear, actionable approvals
• Proactively monitor portfolio performance, identifying early warning signals and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Optimize portfolio returns by assessing capital allocation and client profitability relative to ROE targets

VP, Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to local practice leads and project managers within the civil team
• Support practice performance by monitoring utilization, financial performance, and operational KPIs
• Monitor pursuit pipeline, project backlog, and staffing needs to support continued growth

Regional Vice President – Multi Specialty

• Own RSAC’s portfolio of executive programs and transform these communities from event-anchored touchpoints into a sustained, trusted, and ultimately monetizable line of business.
• Deliver high-value experience for key CISO communities at RSAC Conference — through closed-door meetings and curated programming — to ensure continued CISO attendance.
• Create loyalty with CISOs that translates into year-round engagement on RSAC’s membership platform and additional in-person and virtual gathering points.
• Further develop RSAC’s fraud footprint, evolving eFG to the next stage with membership and economic impact, as well as key partnerships.
• Lead the Executive Communities Portfolio and oversee all RSAC Executive Communities, with responsibility for full-time employees and contractors; set vision, structure, operating cadence, and performance standards for the team.
• Partner with the RSAC product team to articulate platform requirements for year-round engagement across executive communities.
• Develop business plan for eFG and explore opportunities for sustainable financial models.
