Staff Supply Chain Planning Specialist

• Source and procure materials and services within the Computer IT Hardware & Software commodities
• Execute the procurement process, including but not limited to sourcing, price analysis, Commercial Item Determination and negotiations, following policies and procedures including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Prepare bid packages, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate PO provisions, administer resulting PO and ensure on time delivery
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition thresholds and what level of documentation is required at any given level based on the type of procurement transaction

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
