About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect product to ensure all labels are present
Ensuring all items are documented during the many processes
Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices “cGMPs”
Keep the working space clean and organized
Assisting other departments as needed
Understands quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision
Follow and meet team goals set by management
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Monitor team performance and report on daily metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
The ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance is required
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
A degree in Management or Business is a plus
Forklift equipment experience
