About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inspect product to ensure all labels are present
  • Ensuring all items are documented during the many processes
  • Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices “cGMPs”
  • Keep the working space clean and organized
  • Assisting other departments as needed
  • Understands quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision
  • Follow and meet team goals set by management
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Monitor team performance and report on daily metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • The ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance is required
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • A degree in Management or Business is a plus
  • Forklift equipment experience
