About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to sales and inventory goals
Analyze complex datasets (forecast, inventory, shipments, POS) to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations
Validate forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks, making adjustments or recommendations to improve alignment with demand and seasonality
Review and manage customer orders, ensuring appropriate quantities and product flow timing to support sales priorities
Lead and enhance reporting and KPI tracking; identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and insight quality
Serve as a primary analytical partner for ad hoc customer and internal requests, delivering clear, data-driven insights
Manage and optimize promotional allocations at the store level; analyze results and recommend improvements to maximize sell-through
Support new item launches and product transitions (e.g., discontinuations), helping to minimize waste and improve execution
Identify key drivers impacting service levels, inventory, and product flow; communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders
Build strong working relationships with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand) and external customer partners
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts; elevate team analytics capabilities and best practices
Support cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and customer performance
Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing tools, processes, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or years of experience in combination with education
2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, supply chain, or customer-facing analytics roles
Strong experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., POS data, shipment data, inventory systems, Nielsen/IRI, Customer Portals)
Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including intermediate (minimum) Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups; ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets)
Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
