About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop, and manage Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Control teams across multiple sites.
Establish performance metrics (KPIs) and accountability standards to ensure operational excellence.
Coach and mentor team members to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Serve as the escalation point for complex inventory, production, and ERP-related issues.
Own ERP data integrity, governance, and compliance across all operational facilities.
Develop and standardize ERP processes to ensure consistency across sites.
Monitor and audit daily ERP transactions including production confirmations, material movements, batch records, and inventory adjustments.
Oversee and report production order lifecycle management to ensure timely confirmation, accurate consumption, labor capture, and cost allocation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred (experience may substitute for degree).
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
Strong ERP experience required (SAP strongly preferred).
Deep understanding of production planning, inventory control, material management, and cost accounting principles.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
Ability to travel up to 25%.
