About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support spares planning for assigned products or part groups
  • Review demand, inventory, and planning data to help maintain appropriate spare parts availability
  • Monitor basic performance metrics such as fill rate, service levels, and inventory position
  • Conduct root cause analysis to drive the appropriate corrective actions
  • Work with Regional Planning, Product Support, Supply Planning, Procurement, and other teams to gather inputs for the demand plan
  • Learn product lifecycle concepts, spares planning fundamentals, and KLA planning systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Level Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field
  • Coursework, internship, project, or early career experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, business analytics, data analysis, or a related area
  • Basic understanding of supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations concepts
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data to solve business problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to ERP, planning, reporting, or data visualization tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus
  • Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Basic understanding of inventory planning, service levels, product lifecycle, bills of material, or service parts concepts is a plus
