Sales Operations Manager

Head of Sales Enablement

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used by sales leadership, regional managers, and operations stakeholders
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions — defining data models, DAX measures, and visual layouts that surface actionable insight
• Own the full lifecycle of each BI deliverable: requirements gathering, development, QA, stakeholder review, and ongoing maintenance
• Proactively identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, or automate legacy reports that no longer serve a decision-making function
• Maintain a data quality scorecard tracking duplicate rates, missing fields, and stale records across key data sources, with periodic reporting to leadership
• Produce and distribute routine sales reports — pipeline views, territory summaries, account lists, order recaps — so reps and managers have reliable, consistent data without building it themselves
• Support ad hoc analytical requests from sales leadership, providing clean, well-documented outputs with appropriate context and caveats
• Identify, propose, and help implement process improvements for manual or inefficient workflows within the sales operations function
• Own and maintain sales-related email distribution lists and the external-facing salesperson locator, keeping them accurate as the team evolves
• Maintain the Sales Operations SOP library, managing version control and ensuring materials reflect current processes
• Administer the Sales Ops SharePoint environment including content organization and permissions management
• Administer the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) including user onboarding and offboarding, account setup, permissions, and configuration
• Create and maintain customer account records with a focus on deduplication, field completeness, and data accuracy
• Conduct routine data audits to identify and resolve quality issues before they surface in reporting or commission calculations
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and HR for CRM and systems-related requests
• Administer and maintain rep records in the commission platform, ensuring accurate setup ahead of each compensation cycle
• Partner with Sales Operations leadership to flag data discrepancies or configuration issues that could affect payout accuracy.

Sales Operations Analyst

• Develops and leads marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel programs that drive customer growth, retention, and engagement
• Identifies and tracks key performance indicators to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness
• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors supporting complex marketing functions
• Uses segment-specific strategies and channels to launch marketing programs and products in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional partners (product, sales, and technology teams)
• Negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships to support brand and business objectives
• Adapts departmental plans to address evolving priorities, resource constraints, and operational needs
• This role supports the Alliance business line as part of the Alliance Marketing Studio team, with a primary focus on marketing for Edward Jones and State Farm Alliance programs

Marketing Manager – Integrated Marketing, Sales Enablement

• Supports the sales team with pipeline management, lead qualification, and CRM data maintenance
• Generates and analyzes sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Assists in developing sales forecasts and contributes to the preparation of annual sales budgets
• Provides support for deal enablement and commercial execution

Sales Operations Specialist

• Own customer‑segment narratives and customer‑facing assets that help sales teams create, accelerate, and close pipeline
• Partner with sales and business leadership to identify content needs and best practice sales messaging
• Prepare comprehensive legal sales content, including customer-facing assets and sales training materials
• Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Camtasia, and related software to create engaging, interactive training content

• Act as a trusted enablement and coordination partner to Sales
• Enable sales teams to understand pricing structures, financial impacts, and deal trade-offs
• Translate complex pricing, financial, and operational analyses into clear, actionable insights
• Support pricing strategy execution and contract development
• Own and maintain accurate sales pipelines for commercial and government segments
• Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
• Analyze deal economics, margin impact, and pricing scenarios
• Design and continuously improve scalable sales enablement and deal support processes
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports

Sales Enablement Manager

• Own Sales VP dashboards in Salesforce, serving as the subject matter expert for reporting related to pipeline health and performance insights
• Lead initiatives to improve Salesforce data quality, standardize reporting, and ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing the platform
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Sales Operations team to reinforce sales process governance
• Drive projects that improve seller effectiveness through standardized lists, reports, views, and cleaner workflow visibility in Salesforce
• Support territory updates, account reassignments, and Salesforce ownership changes by providing reporting insights
• Lead and run recurring monthly sales meetings with Sales Leadership
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving Salesforce reporting accuracy

• Support core sales platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and internal tools to maintain system health, user support, and reliable day-to-day operations.
• Manage key workflows including user provisioning, permissions, territory support, troubleshooting, and basic system governance.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that improve seller workflows, tooling adoption, process efficiency, and operational scale.
• Gather business requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into scalable system and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, testing, release readiness, and rollout execution for tooling and process changes.
• Monitor data flows and system behavior to identify issues that affect activity capture, reporting accuracy, KPI integrity, and frontline execution.

Sales Systems Manager, Rentals

• Support the users of our SalesForce.com system
• Provide guidance on the usage and policies of the system
• Define and document business specifications, application functionality, and workflow requirements
• Define test plans, test scripts and conduct business testing
• Support new releases through testing and communication
• Data Stewardship to include User, data enrichment, data de-duplication, and general data hygiene
• Support the CRM user community and software development/technical teams
