About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Onboarding & Ramp Design for Sales and BDR hires
  • Build the BU’s sales play capability
  • Develop and maintain Sales and BDR playbooks
  • Design an enablement framework built for change
  • Continuous learning program, skills training, product and messaging updates
  • Support tactical enablement programs
  • Partner with RevOps Manager to align BDR enablement
  • Serve as key BU stakeholder for Divisional Enablement team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a closely related B2B function
  • Demonstrated experience building sales plays and deploying them in the field
  • Strong content development skills
  • Experience managing a sales content platform (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable operating as a BU-level resource within a matrixed organization
  • Able to build enablement frameworks designed for change
  • Appetite and aptitude for AI tools
