About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboarding & Ramp Design for Sales and BDR hires
- Build the BU’s sales play capability
- Develop and maintain Sales and BDR playbooks
- Design an enablement framework built for change
- Continuous learning program, skills training, product and messaging updates
- Support tactical enablement programs
- Partner with RevOps Manager to align BDR enablement
- Serve as key BU stakeholder for Divisional Enablement team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a closely related B2B function
- Demonstrated experience building sales plays and deploying them in the field
- Strong content development skills
- Experience managing a sales content platform (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, or equivalent)
- Comfortable operating as a BU-level resource within a matrixed organization
- Able to build enablement frameworks designed for change
- Appetite and aptitude for AI tools
