About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops and leads marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel programs that drive customer growth, retention, and engagement
- Identifies and tracks key performance indicators to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness
- Manages professional employees and/or supervisors supporting complex marketing functions
- Uses segment-specific strategies and channels to launch marketing programs and products in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional partners (product, sales, and technology teams)
- Negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships to support brand and business objectives
- Adapts departmental plans to address evolving priorities, resource constraints, and operational needs
- This role supports the Alliance business line as part of the Alliance Marketing Studio team, with a primary focus on marketing for Edward Jones and State Farm Alliance programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in marketing and marketing strategy with a proven track record of results
- Experience across multiple marketing channels: email, organic social, direct mail, paid media (search, display, social), and events
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Demonstrated curiosity and engagement in program success
- Performance marketing mindset with ability to measure, analyze, and optimize impact on business growth
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple partners, including internal marketing teams (project management, creative, channel) and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain timelines
- Experience directing creative execution with internal teams and external agencies
- Strong attention to detail
