• Ensure a great Candidate Experience while cooperating daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States.
• Look for answers independently, propose ideas, and seek improvements.

Recruitment Partner

• Conduct recruitment processes in line with internal procedures: intake with hiring managers, active sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment coordination, offer support, and smooth handover to onboarding
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels; build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Advise hiring managers on role profiles, objective and inclusive, bias-aware hiring practices
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure great new-hire experience (e.g., first-day agenda, welcome pack coordination, etc.)

Talent Acquisition Associate – 12 month fixed term contract

• Act as a strategic TA partner to hiring leaders across various functions, providing market insights and hiring advice
• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience
• Lead and support recruitment for all our EMEA countries, including our major hubs - Denmark, Germany, Poland - including workforce planning and hiring strategies

• Serve as the leader of Jamf’s Talent Acquisition team, leading and engaging a team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for the fulfilment of full-cycle recruiting efforts
• Support, communicate, and implement Jamf’s Global Talent Acquisition vision and roadmap, ensuring the tactical and logistical execution of that vision by leveraging the Talent Acquisition team, key stakeholders, internal resources, and external vendors
