Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit against role requirements
- Analyze candidate profiles and provide structured summaries to hiring manager
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Conduct offer negotiations with selected candidates
- Perform reference checks and other pre-employment verification activities
- Track recruitment activity and prepare regular hiring reports
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and hiring standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in fintech or iGaming sectors
- Strong knowledge of EU markets, especially Spain, Malta, Poland, and other key hiring regions
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates is required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Hands-on experience with Workable ATS is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Package
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset
- Good analytical and data-handling skills
- Fluent Russian language and good working proficiency in English
