Business Development Rep

• Develop and grow a portfolio focused on subscription and recurring merchants
• Identify, onboard, and scale high-volume subscription businesses
• Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, risk appetite, processing setup)
• Build long-term partnerships with merchants and ecosystem players
• Improve the full recurring payment lifecycle:
• - initial transactions (CIT)
• - renewals (MIT)
• - retries and dunning flows
• Increase approval rates, recovery rates, and overall transaction success
• Monitor and improve transaction volume, approval rates, recurring success rate, and profitability
• Own acquiring risk for subscription merchants, including chargebacks and disputes
• Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard rules for recurring payments
• Identify and mitigate friendly fraud, trial abuse, and misuse of recurring billing
• Balance growth with portfolio health and scheme thresholds
• Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and finance teams
• Evaluate subscription business models from both commercial and risk perspectives
• Contribute to improving acquiring processes and performance

QA Engineer

• Own end-to-end product quality across all environments (dev → prod)
• Build and drive QA strategy, processes, and quality culture focused on defect prevention
• Own release quality decision (go/no-go), quality gates, and release readiness process
• Ensure production stability via defect SLAs (P0/P1 prevention and fast resolution)
• Establish controlled QA/Sandbox environments aligned with production
• Drive test automation for critical flows (E2E, API, integration) and integrate into CI/CD
• Ensure risk-based test coverage and visibility of high-risk gaps
• Own regression strategy and maintain test documentation standards
• Define and track quality metrics (defect leakage, coverage, flakiness, MTTR)
• Ensure production safety mechanisms (feature flags / rollback / kill-switches)
• Improve requirements quality and enforce clear acceptance criteria
• Lead incident RCA and drive systemic quality improvements
• Build and scale QA team, structure, and operating model
• Drive adoption of modern QA and AI-enabled practices

• Identify and research target corporate clients across European markets
• Conduct high-volume cold outreach to prospective clients
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate and convert new B2B leads
• Qualify prospects and manage the full outbound sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
• Pitch products in meetings, events, and direct sales conversations
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate deal terms
• Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets through proactive outbound activity
• Transfer newly acquired clients to Account Management for onboarding and ongoing management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
• Gather market feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
