About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in designing, implementing, and improving key company-wide HR processes
  • Developing employee evaluation systems (Performance Reviews, 360-degree feedback)
  • Creating competency matrices and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Contributing to HR process automation and employer branding projects
  • Work closely with department heads to assist with workforce planning, scaling, and shaping/restructuring teams to meet business goals
  • Guide managers and teams through evaluation processes, career growth planning, high-potential (HiPo) promotion, and succession planning
  • Act as a trusted advisor for both managers and employees
  • Assist in conflict resolution, handle complex cases, and coach managers on leadership topics
  • Analyze team health metrics (turnover rates, eNPS scores, and surveys) and develop action plans to boost employee engagement
  • Support teams during organizational updates, company transformations, or restructuring to ensure stability and smooth transitions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, People Partner, or in a similar role
  • Practical experience partnering with managers and supporting business teams on people-related matters
  • Experience with performance management, talent reviews, career development, and succession planning
  • Experience developing or implementing HR processes, frameworks, or company-wide initiatives
  • Ability to analyse employee data and translate insights into practical action plans
  • Experience handling employee relations matters and supporting conflict resolution
  • Strong coaching and consulting skills, with the ability to challenge and influence managers constructively
  • Ability to build trust with both employees and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, retention, and organizational development practices
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
