About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain
- Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions
- Providing market insights on talent availability, timelines and compensation
- Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and other tools
- Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fit
- Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end
- Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes
- Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min. 3 years
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
- Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method)
- Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English at B2 level or higher.
