About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (e.g. Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity)
- Proactively sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Gathering hiring managers’ requirements and creating recruitment plans and strategies tailored to specific roles
- Building partnerships with both local and global stakeholders
- Delivering high-quality recruitment services throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
- Preparing reports, presentations, and HR analyses, as well as driving automation and optimization in the reporting area
- Supporting employee satisfaction and candidate experience initiatives
- Overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, including cooperation with external vendors (recruitment agencies, relocation & immigration providers)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Understanding of current talent acquisition challenges in the market
- Experience working in an international environment
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity of current HR trends & tools
- Relevant educational background (HR, Psychology, Business or similar)
