About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- This includes identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, and creating job postings.
- Screen and assess candidates for their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to select the best candidates for the job.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws.
- This includes maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting techniques.
- Strong candidate screening and selection skills, with the ability to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
- Effective interviewing skills and experience conducting competency-based interviews.
- Understanding of employer branding principles and the ability to represent the company positively in the talent market.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive informed hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Fluency in Polish is required.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
