Learning and Development

• Support the development and implementation of learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Deliver and coordinate training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and assist in developing targeted training solutions.
• Support and guide Ambassadors across our four Innovation Centers, providing coaching and day-to-day direction.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and basic reporting.
• Help create and update training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids.
• Ensure training activities follow organizational standards and established best practices.
• Support training compliance efforts and assist with audit readiness across our four Innovation Centers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for employees.
• Track completion of required certifications and compliance training.
• Assist in preparing reports on training completion, compliance status, and potential gaps.
• Partner with internal teams to help meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Learning Specialist

• Design, maintain, and improve career development frameworks, including career paths, role progression models, and competency-based career maps
• Partner with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to define skills, behaviors, and expectations by role and level
• Support the development of career ladders, individual development planning tools, and employee growth resources
• Help employees and managers understand career pathways and development opportunities within the organization
• Develop and coordinate leadership development programs for emerging leaders, new managers, and experienced people leaders
• Support manager training in areas such as coaching, performance management, feedback, communication, employee engagement, and change leadership
• Create practical tools, guides, workshops, and learning experiences that help leaders apply concepts in day-to-day work
• Build blended learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, toolkits, and self-guided resources
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders across multiple formats
• Manage learning program logistics, communications, participation tracking, and evaluation activities

Senior Learning & Development, L&D Specialist

• Developing, delivering, and administrating manufacturing skills training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of plant-based employees.
• Help document and/or update incorrect work procedures on training documents and submit for corrections.
• Help audit local training process and communicate areas of improvements.
• Manage different training methods tailored to different employees, particular skill, knowledge, or attitude to be learned.
• Willingness to learn extrusion processes.
• Serves as Trainer and Mentor to new and existing team members.
• Execute at the site the training material to include standard work/ videos for on-the-job training, testing and verification of training.
• Participate in reviewing existing training material and collaborate on creating visual training aids.
• Facilitate and execute necessary training activities including train the trainer for Leads, formal classroom instruction and informal on the spot coaching as deemed necessary.
• Distribute assessment tools to measure training effectiveness for their plans.
• Attend necessary and/or required workshops and seminars if applicable.
• Responsible for cross-training employees to become proficient in performing all work-related tasks.

Technical Learning Specialist

• Oversee training and development programs for employees within the underground mining division.
• Ensure that all training activities meet regulatory requirements and uphold safety standards.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to underground mining operations.
• Continuously assess training needs by working closely with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including OSHA and MSHA.
• Deliver training to both new and existing employees using various instructional methods.
• Develop and maintain records of employee training progress and compliance status.

Training Manager

• Own and continuously improve clinician and employee onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and aligned to clinical and business needs.
• Design, facilitate, and iterate on high-quality virtual and blended learning experiences for clinical and non-clinical audiences, applying adult learning best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and update training content and resources (e.g., guides, job aids, recordings, and LMS courses) to support evolving systems, workflows, and learner needs.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for clinical systems and internal tools (including the EHR), providing advanced training, office hours, and consultative support to drive proficiency and adoption.
• Partner with clinicians, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, co-create training solutions, and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
• Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including course structure, reporting, and learner experience, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Support the operational and administrative aspects of Learning & Development, including scheduling and coordinating trainings, managing calendars and communications, and responding to learner questions and requests.
• Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders independently in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment, ownership, and accountability.

Learning and Development Specialist

• Conduct needs assessments, job/task analyses, and audience analysis to define performance gaps and define learning objectives within the context of insurance operations and customer interactions.
• Design interactive, visually appealing learning experiences using effective instructional materials focused on Medicare plans, insurance products, sales processes, claims handling, system workflows, and compliance mandates (e.g., HIPAA, CMS regulations), including:
• Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual ILT
• eLearning modules and multimedia content
• On-the-Job training programs
• Assessments, job aids, tip sheets, and performance support tools
• Apply adult learning theory to instructional strategies that promote knowledge retention and skill development for complex or frequently changing insurance topics.
• Plan activities that enhance learning transfer and address different learner styles.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for SCORM-compliant eLearning.
• Identify content suitable for digital delivery and determine the appropriate use of multimedia to explain intricate insurance processes or regulations.
• Redesign or update existing training materials based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs, product launches, or regulatory changes common in the insurance/healthcare sector.
• Proactively partner and communicate with stakeholders, SMEs (from areas like Compliance, Sales, Member Services), and cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business goals and learner needs within the insurance/Medicare landscape.
• Influence and negotiate with business partners to determine effective training strategies that drive measurable results.
• Schedule and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions with stakeholders and facilitators to align content structure, learning objectives, and delivery strategies.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure training initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to manage outsourced content development and ensure alignment with standards.
• Maintain ownership of existing training materials, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational processes and industry standards.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing and gather learner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement training evaluations to measure knowledge acquisition and business impact, particularly regarding compliance adherence and operational efficiency.
• Analyze feedback and assessment data to refine content and delivery methods.
