About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop high-quality, technically complex, scalable online learning experiences in collaboration with academic stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Design high-quality and valid assessments to assess evidence of learning for both formative and summative performances
- Engage in ongoing quality reviews and participate in data-informed assessments of learning experiences
- Independently manage multiple project timelines and available resources while driving towards ongoing process efficiencies in instructional design and development efforts
- Apply instructional design skills, relevant learning theories, and knowledge of learning technologies and environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of learning management systems and educational technology platforms
