Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree
  • Fields such as: human resources, business, organizational behavior, psychology, leadership, or related fields
  • Strong interest in leadership development and talent strategy
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) (Preferred)
  • Experience with different AI tools (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with survey or assessment tools (e.g., Qualtrics) (Preferred)
