About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and implementation of learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Deliver and coordinate training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and assist in developing targeted training solutions.
  • Support and guide Ambassadors across our four Innovation Centers, providing coaching and day-to-day direction.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and basic reporting.
  • Help create and update training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids.
  • Ensure training activities follow organizational standards and established best practices.
  • Support training compliance efforts and assist with audit readiness across our four Innovation Centers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for employees.
  • Track completion of required certifications and compliance training.
  • Assist in preparing reports on training completion, compliance status, and potential gaps.
  • Partner with internal teams to help meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field. Preferred experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment environments.
  • Experience supporting or delivering training programs.
  • Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience with audit processes and knowledge of compliance requirements in a fulfillment/operations environment.
